magnificent brooch, the construction indicates it is
most certainly Czech or Bohemian. The setting is gold
wash over brass adorned with bright jewel tone chatons.
All of the Austrian stones are prong set and the brooch

Flower
shaped earrings are set with garnets to form the petals.
The Garnets are the red wine colour characteristic of
stones from Bohemia. To the reverse are hooks with safety
keepers for pierced ears. The earrings have been made
in 9 carat yellow gold.
The
design and craftsmanship date these earrings to the
Victorian period, circa 1880.Each earring is 13mm or
0.51 inches. The stones all test as garnet. Combined
weight is 2.5g.
Unmarked, test
as 9 carat gold.
The
front of the earrings are in very good condition. The
hooks are in good working order, it would appear that
the top of each hook has been reattached some time ago,
this has been professionally done, but is just visible.

Chatelaine Picture Lockets
This
is a very vintage and well made Picture Locket Chatelaine.
The double chain is 10 inches long with one of them
being slightly longer. It has two lockets that suspend
from a single chain. One is a heart with attractive
heart scroll work, it opens and closes fine. The other
locket is suspended from the bar on the pin and it is
oval with scroll work also. This has two pins, the one
on the oval locket bar is missing a swivel if it ever
had one. It still works very well. This has some weight
to it and looks to be a quality piece. I cannot identify
the metal other than it is gold colored and feels solid.

Bangle BRACELET
gorgeous
Bohemian garnet bangle bracelet with large center stone.
The interior circumference of this bangle measures 7",
larger than most bracelets from this era. The largest
garnet is 8mm across and the front of the bracelet is
15mm or 5/8" wide. The metal is brass and has wear
to it as shown in the photographs. The hinge has a bit
of wiggle to it, although it is secure and there is

Beautiful
old Bohemian garnet snowflake pendant circa 1930's.
The pendant has been created
from brass and is in very good condition though it is
a bit tarnished as vintage brass
goes. Makes an excellent patina. The stones are all
rose cut except for the center stone which
is a cabochon cut, the piece is not marked and it measures
approx. 1 1/8" long from top of bale
to bottom X 1" wide.
